Medical Man Cave is a clinic that specializes in male aesthetics and health care for men while offering a high-end concierge service. Our procedures include male enhancement, follicle replacement, weight loss, body sculpting, and other services that increase men's confidence and overall health. We're seeking a skilled and Medical Assistant to join our specialized team.

This position will assist primarily with male enhancement and follicle replacement procedures, as well as prepare patients, maintain sterile environments, and provide post-procedure care. In addition, this candidate will greet/check in clients, answer phones and maintain inventory needs.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in the Medical Assistant field.
• Familiarity with specialty procedures a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Sensitivity to the nature of male enhancement and follicle replacement procedures.
• Experience working in an aesthetic or plastic surgery/surgical office preferred.
• Exceptional Phone skills, email skills, high-end communication ability
• Experience with CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce).
• Experience with EMR (Dr. Chrono).
• Experience with billing and POS collections.
• Experience with inbound/outbound phone sales.
• Must be detail oriented and tech savvy.
• Proficient in MS Suite.
