*Tonawanda Pediatrics is hiring a full-time Healthy Steps Specialist*

The Healthy Step Specialist will join our team of Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners and mental health specialists to provide efficient and comprehensive team-based care. The team will provide parenting and child development support for our youngest patients aged 0-5 years.

Healthy Steps, a national evidence-based model, promotes nurturing caregiving while supporting families to improve the development and health of children aged 0-5 years. The Healthy Steps Specialist highlights the support families need to foster social, emotional, language and cognition skills required for their child's perceptual, motor and physical development.

Requirements

Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field.
