This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and advancement, with a base salary and the potential to earn bonuses of up to $1,000 per month.General Purpose of the Job:As the Operations Manager of Medical Collections, you will lead a team of approximately 100 collectors and 6 team leaders.
