Position Summary:
The Cold Food Production employee is responsible for the preparation and assembly of salads, desserts, cold entrees and garnishes needed for patients, cafeteria and catered events. The cold food production employee is also involved in sanitation and kitchen maintenance and other duties as may be assigned.
Education:
High school diploma required, or equivalent experience and education combined.
Training and Experience:
Previous food service experience in production necessary.
