Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and talented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts to promote our equipment manufacturing solutions.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and digital assets.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Maintain website and social media platforms.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing tools / software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
