Customer Service Professional - 5 Star Facility!
Compensation :
$17.00 per hour Bonus (additional $2-$4 per hour) Total compensation
$19-$21 per hour!

Our client is a highly specialized, elite company focused in the automotive industry, with an extraordinary emphasis on luxury & services.
The client's main priority is to deliver luxury experience to their clients. The ideal candidate is a highly gifted, experienced and dedicated Customer Service Professional.
Provides 5 Star Guest Service to current and future guests, as well as, partners and their guests and employees. Develops business and retains and services clients in the specified geographic region.
Duties and Responsibilities :

Ensures each and every guest entering the facility has an exceptional experienceAnswers incoming guest telephone calls in a courteous and professional mannerPossesses and maintains thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry as assignedNegotiates agreements with guestsOpens and closes contracts;
ensuring all required client paperwork is complete and accurateResponds to and investigates guest inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, mail, and email in a timely and courteous mannerAssists all guests with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner both on the telephone and in personUnderstands and communicates information regarding the company products, services, and policies to new and existing clientsPossesses and maintains thorough knowledge of our services and products.
Perform pick-up and drop-off service for guestsAssist in shuttle, delivery or logistics between locations.Researches guests prior to their arrival and offer service upgradeUse company wide programs, sales development, prospecting projects, guest events and reporting for group business developmentAchieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals as outlinedMaintain and organize work areaMust be in proper uniform at all times when workingMust be ready to work at the start of scheduled shiftFollow lawful directions from supervisorsUphold the company non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreementsWork evenings, weekends and holiday work hours as requiredOther duties as directedEssential :

Minimum Requirements :

inside and outside, sun light and office lightApplicant must possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above.
