This position is in support of the SRACES contract at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center and is for on-site work at the Center supporting the Science & Technology project offices focused on such missions as Chandra, IXPE, and other high-energy observatory missions. The employee will work in the MSFC Office of Strategic Analysis and Communications alongside other Communications Strategists supporting various missions and programs across the Center.

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or other appropriate area of specialization
• Must have 7 years of directly related experience
• Advanced proficiency in oral and written communications, including writing and editing
• Possession of advanced problem-solving skills
• Interest, aptitude and experience in scientific content is preferred

Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment. If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
