Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Be a customer champion: Assist customers in identifying their pest problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Become a communication hub: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and ensure clear communication between customers and technicians.
• Be a data whiz: Enter customer information accurately and maintain organized records in our system.
• Scheduling maestro: Manage appointments, dispatch technicians efficiently, and keep the office running smoothly.
• Team player: Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Receptionist/CSR must be able to:

• have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using office equipment (computer, phone systems, etc.)
• Stong knowledge of Office 365
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing demands.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in the pest control industry (Pest Pac a plus).

Receptionist/CSR is measured monthly on the following:

- Completed assignments on time

- Provide to notch customer service

- Quality of work

- Safety compliance

- Following instructions

Receptionist/CSR is expected to demonstrate knowledge of the following during the first year of employment:

- Pest services, procedures, materials and equipment

- Pest management regulations and safety procedures.

- Pest inspections and pest control services.

- Written and verbal communication.

- Prioritizing work, and making adjustments on short notice.

- Promoting cooperation and teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
