Job Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Duration: 1 year contract, 4 extension years available

Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physicians to join our dynamic team. The Primary Care Physician will serve as a cornerstone of our healthcare delivery system, providing high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess excellent clinical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to preventive medicine and health promotion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle interventions, and referrals to specialists as needed.
• Provide preventive care services, including vaccinations, screenings, and health counseling.
• Educate patients about disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.
• Current medical licensure (Any State in USA)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Primary Care Physician in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in primary care procedures, such as minor office-based procedures, suturing, and wound care.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
