Loyal Source Government Service is currently hiring a Primary Care Physicianto work at the Fayetteville VAMC in Fayetteville, NC.
Pay: 105.78/hr, 4.57/hr H&W
REQUIREMENTS:
- BC by the American Board of Family Practice
- Current unencumbered license in any US state, territory or commonwealth
- 5 years of experience within past 5 years
- Proof of Insurance
- BLS and ACLS through AHA
- DEA registration
Responsible for providing Family Practice and interventional Family Practice consultative
services for: assessment, diagnostic work-up and clinic intervention, including comprehensive
patient assessment, health history, physical examination, and patient education to Veterans
in the Primary Care team setting; outpatient include both scheduled and unscheduled Veterans.
Order and evaluate diagnostic tests as appropriate, recommend treatment and/or referral.
Record/document health appraisal information, clinical assessments, treatment decision, plan of care,
ongoing management and therapeutic outcomes, order medications, diagnostic test and
referral consultations where needed for every patient encounter; recording will be
accomplished using the electronic comprehensive patient record system (CPRS) and will be completed on the day of the encounter.
