Responsible for assisting in the daily execution of distribution operations for Medacta, USA.

Job Specifications: 

A. Knowledge:

Minimum Educational Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Minimum Experience Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years related experience

Minimum Skill Requirements: Written Communication Skills, Oral Communication Skills, Time Management, Team Work, Problem Solving

Equipment or Machines Used: Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and ERP Systems

B. Principal

Assist in executing the accurate receipt, storage, and fulfillment of customer orders.

Reviews records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Work directly with management to rectify any identified issues and report as required.

Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner (5S).

Ensure inventory accountability in the warehouse is maintained at all times through cycle count and process validation.

Ensure all Medacta International policies are met at all times.

Interface and collaborate routinely with Logistics and Customer Service personnel.

Report statistical data as requested

Regularly required to talk and hear

Frequently required to walk; use hands; stand; sit; reach with hands and arms

Frequently lift and/or move up 45 pounds

Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
