Med Bill is Hiring a Billing Clerk Near Pittsburgh, PA
This position will report to the Billing Lead and Operations Manager of Medical Review. The main responsibilities will be to support the billing functions of the Billing staff.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Possess knowledge of all payor guidelines and processes
- Responsible for entering Auths and CMNS for various clients
- Update all payor cheat sheets
- Printing claims for all clients and processing mail
- Responsible for ERL rejections and alerts
- Responsible for Compliance Stops for various clients
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- High School/GED
- Medical Billing experience a plus
- Computer knowledge a must
- Minimal customer service experience

- Reading comprehension and critical thinking skills

- Self-motivated, Independent worker, but with abilities to work well in a team
