The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on renovation work within the commercial real estate sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all aspects of commercial renovation projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.Proactively identify and address any project risks, issues, or changes, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies as needed.Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and other relevant paperwork.Foster positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency, quality, and profitability.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to commercial real estate and construction management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field experience desired.Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in commercial project management, with a significant focus on renovation projects.Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and General Construction.
