Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Account Executive to play a pivotal role in driving new business sales for MechaSense. This individual will be at the forefront of showcasing our AI technology's capabilities, particularly in providing crucial support for HVAC systems. The role involves managing the entire sales process, from conducting product demonstrations to closing deals. At MechaSense, we believe in a consultative and relationship-driven approach to sales, and this position does not require cold calling.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to showcase the application of our AI technology in preventing unplanned downtimes for HVAC systems.
- Collaborate closely with prospective clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges within the HVAC context.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with the HVAC industry's requirements.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a similar sales role, preferably in the technology, HVAC or AI industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on addressing HVAC-specific challenges.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
