Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality assurance/control procedures to maintain vehicles in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and EPA standards.
• Personnel Training: Develop and implement comprehensive employee training programs, focusing on shop safety and regulatory compliance.
• Workflow Enhancement: Continuously assess shop workflow and productivity to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
• Financial Acumen: Contribute to budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control, fostering effective communication with superiors and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills, organizational acumen, and effective communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Adept at budgeting and forecasting.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Up to $120,000.00/year to Start, depending on previous experience, training, and certifications.
