A reputable and well-established truck repair shop is urgently seeking a Working Shop Foreman near North St. Paul, MN. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5 recent years of technical repair experience as a Medium/Heavy-Duty Truck Mechanic, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and be computer-savvy with proficiency in using diagnostic software.

Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive diesel truck mechanic duties, ensuring thorough attention to every aspect of vehicle maintenance.
• Manage a balanced 50/50 split between hands-on wrenching duties and managerial responsibilities.
• Uphold high standards of quality and efficiency in all repair and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure seamless daily operations within the shop, maintaining a focus on both technical expertise and effective management.
Execute Administrative duties including: prioritizing work orders for timely completion, assigning tasks to technicians based on their expertise, ordering necessary parts promptly for smooth operations, collaborating with vendors for parts and services, and communicating with customers on repair updates and deadlines.

Compensation:

• Up to $105,000.00/year Base Salary to Start, based on previous experience/certifications/training
