Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
- Provide menus and assist guests with any questions or concerns
- Manage reservations and waitlist, ensuring efficient seating arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
- Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information about the restaurant
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with food service tasks when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus
- Must be able to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
