Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Manage the office schedule, including coordinating appointments and meetings
- Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide administrative support, including managing files, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
- Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is properly maintained
- Manage vendor relationships, including ordering office supplies and coordinating maintenance services
- Oversee office phone systems and ensure efficient communication channels are in place
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
