1. Troubleshoot and execute impeccable repairs across our esteemed properties.
2. Revitalize vacant apartments with your “make ready” expertise.
3. Uphold our grounds, ensuring common areas gleam and invite.
4. Rise to the occasion for emergency repairs.
5. Continually learn and apply the latest in mechanical operations and best practices.
6. Always prioritize safety. No exceptions.
What We’re Seeking:
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
- Possession of industry-related certifications or licenses is a major advantage.
- Willingness to travel among our local properties. Reliable transportation is non-negotiable!
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to timely follow-up.
- Flexibility for the occasional weekend and those inevitable after-hour emergencies.
