Position Summary

MD Labs provides clinical toxicology and pharmacogenetics testing to referring physicians and other providers around the U.S.. We are looking for a lab support individual to help our field sales personnel in supporting our customers around the Tampa, FL area.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary duties and responsibilities include the performance of the following:

• Support daily laboratory needs of our referring providers; training their staff, ensuring supplies are in stock, troubleshooting any data transmission errors, gathering supporting documentation and supporting Sales.
• Align with cross-functional teams across business lines that support and help execute better business.
• Ensure compliant processes within referring provider accounts
• Utilize technologies, internal systems, tools, etc. to optimize services.
• Provide rapid, accurate, and technically correct responses to client requests.
• Respond to calls from providers and patients.
• Assist sales operations
• Promote safety, compliance, and quality control.
• Transport specimens and/or supplies

Organizational Responsibilities

• Comply with and help enforce MD Labs' standard policies and procedures.
• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
• Seek and participate in development opportunities.

Education / Experience Requirements

• High attention to detail.
• Professional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in clinical environments
• Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels both internally and externally.
• Excellent computer and documentation skills - Microsoft Office
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Capable of working autonomously at a high level and possessing skills in the area of expertise.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, while analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Work Remotely

• Work is in the field at our referring provider offices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
