Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibility will be to perform night audit procedures and provide exceptional guest service.

Duties:
- Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing and closing daily financial transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting any suspicious activity
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skills:
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by our guests
- Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in customer service is advantageous
- Ability to perform night audit functions accurately and efficiently
