Job Overview:

We are seeking a bright and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities

- Check guests in and out of their rooms using the hotel's reservation system

- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction

- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

- Perform night audit duties as needed, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially proficiency in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests

- Knowledge of hospitality management software systems is preferred

- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and reservation management

- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is preferred

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
