Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude. Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence - Provide members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results.
- Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
- Facility Excellence - Ensure that facility's equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards.
- Answer and Returning phone calls
- Filling out paperwork and documents for prospective and active members.
- Must be able to lift in excess of 45lbs without difficulty
- Must not have physical limitations that prevent from cleaning facility and or restocking weights
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time without issue.
- Work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
- Desire for longevity
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great sense of humor!
- Must be very coachable
- Must be able to instruct others on the Snap Fitness training techniques in order to help clients achieve their fitness goals
- Available to work Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9am-6pm, and Friday 9am-4pm
Compensation: $8.50 per hour
