Job Summary:
McSweeney Chevrolet GMC/ CDJR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Technician to join our team in Clanton, Alabama. As a Certified CDJR Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles to ensure our customers receive top-quality service. Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $180,000 per year, based on experience and performance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on services and vehicle purchases.
Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles according to manufacturer's specifications
• Utilize electronic testing equipment to accurately diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical system issues
• Complete all repairs and maintenance tasks within the allocated time frame
• Ensure all work is performed correctly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety guidelines and policies
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills through training and certification programs
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Level I, II, III, or IV certification as a CDJR Technician or extensive experience working on Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram vehicles is required
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair procedures for Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
