Job Description
The Project Manager has the primary responsibility of supervising and mentoring the engineering team, managing project resources and quality, and maintaining client satisfaction. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects concurrently. You will be responsible for the overall successful completion of projects assigned, developing project schedules, managing engineering resources, and coordinating with company department directors for operational synergy.
The Project Manager will oversee the design and engineering of various project types, including education, laboratory, manufacturing, office, restaurants, retail, hospitality, healthcare, high-rise, multi-family, military, and more.

The Project Manager role requires a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with in-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including all applicable building codes and industry standards. In addition to strong engineering skills, you will need strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to be successful in this position.
