SUMMARY : This job contributes to Starbucks success by assisting MHC hotel manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
This job creates the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles, and as a team member of McNeill Hotel Company joins the mission People Serving People
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Provides feedback to store manager on partner performance during shift.
Discovers and responds to customer needs.
Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE : Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment 1 year. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

The major responsibility in this position is to clean, sort, and store laundry for the hotel. This person must understand the practices, techniques and technologies required in the work they are performing or monitoring.

reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required use sense of smell.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus.
A significant portion of time will be spent moving about the hotel and frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
