McLoughlin Plumbing & Heating Co is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
Responsibilities:
-Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
- Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians, equipment and/or service vehicles to appropriate
locations, according to customer requests.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in our database.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant
department.
- Monitor techs locations using GPS to coordinate service and schedules.
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
Skills:
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy
- Proficient in data entry and analysis
- Ability to multi task and solve problems in order to meet customer's needs or issues.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Must be reliable and flexible to work longer hours as needed
