Litigation Duties:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including maintian calendar and deadlines, draft and file petitions, conduct discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities
- Organize and maintain case files and documents in cloud based software system (Needles Neos and Office 365/ sharepoint)
- Investigation on commercial companies and cases involving 18 wheeler companies
- Prepare legal documents
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling meetings, mediations, depositions and managing calendars
- Maintain confidentiality of client information

- saving all documents, emails and correspondence

Litigation Experience:
- Previous experience working as a litigation paralegal preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using document management systems and other legal software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pre-litigation Experience:

-Experience as a pre-litigation case manager is preferred but not required for this position; an candidate experienced in both may have more opportunity as we have a need for both roles
