The Opportunity

We're seeking outstanding maintenance technicians to provide top-tier residential HVAC repair services, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. As an HVAC maintenance technician, you'll collaborate with a dynamic and dedicated team to showcase technical prowess and achieve sales targets. Your role involves diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems, guiding customers toward well-informed purchasing decisions. This position will be office-based, with opportunities for travel within your assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC service calls on equipment less than 10 years old.
• Establish rapport with customers to recommend suitable products and services.
• Pose pertinent lifestyle questions to diagnose system malfunctions accurately.
• Educate and assist customers in selecting optimal finance options and maintenance plans.
• Adhere to sales criteria and strive to exceed revenue goals.
• Project professionalism and expertise to secure new referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with customer service and dispatch for overall business success.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-stocked truck.
• Participate actively in training sessions, meetings, trade shows, and retreats.
• Assist with installations as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness with invoices, time cards, feedback, and option sheets.

Requirements

• Familiarity with local HVAC codes and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems.
• Commitment to ongoing education and training, with a goal of obtaining NATE certification.
• Maintain a clean, safe driving record.
