Your Role: In this vital position, you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and in person, embodying the firm’s commitment to relatable, understandable communication
  • Act as Pat McGrath’s Executive Assistant, a role that includes managing calendars, tracking deadlines, and serving as an accountability partner to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist with marketing activities, contributing to the growth and outreach of McGrath Law Office, P.C.
  • Provide support for all office operations
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents from dictation or general direction from supervising attorneys

Who You Are:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clear and empathetic client interactions.
  • Notary Public , or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring.
  • Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within a legal setting.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude, capable of anticipating needs and acting decisively.
  • Proficiency in office software and an ability to adapt to legal-specific technology and software..
