McGonigle & Hunsaker, LLP, an Elder Law and Special Needs Law office located in the City of Santa Ana, has a new opening for a full time Paralegal.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree (strongly preferred);

- Paralegal Certificate (strongly preferred);

- Prior law office experience (strongly preferred);

- Excellent word processing skills;

- Experience with WordPerfect (strongly preferred);

- Experience with Microsoft Outlook;

- Strong writing abilities;

- Attention to detail;

- Ability to take accurate instruction;

- Organized;

- Professional & courteous – in person, on the phone, and via email;

- Must work well with others;

- Must have patience for elderly and special needs individuals.

Duties will include:

- Drafting estate planning documents;

- Drafting pleadings, letters, and memos;

- Working closely with attorneys and clients;

- Calendaring deadlines;

- Answering client phone calls;

- Corresponding with attorneys and clients via email;

- Keeping updated on client matters;

- General administrative tasks;

- Other office tasks as requested.
