Adams & Martin Group has partnered with an AV-rated law firm and is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to enhance their legal team. Located in newly renovated offices in the vibrant heart of Orange County, they blend the resources of a large firm with the personalized touch of a smaller office, ensuring a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Paralegal Certificate compliant with CA B&P Code Section 6450.
  • Possesses 2-15 years of paralegal experience.
  • Has a background in any of the following areas: construction law, personal injury defense, insurance defense, or general civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, courts, and other third parties.
  • Coordinate and retain expert witnesses.
  • Assist in managing the discovery process, including responding to and propounding discovery.
  • Handle subpoenaing of records and witnesses.
  • Track and follow up on records requests and subpoenas.
  • Summarize discovery responses, medical records, and depositions.
  • Support counsel in deposition and trial preparation, including managing trial documents and exhibits.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the firm as needed.
  • Operate and manage our document management system.
  • Conduct thorough legal research.
