Job Title: Office Manager
SUMMARY:
To provide support for our plant operations and meeting customer needs. Position is at our Livonia, Michigan Manufacturing Facility.
- Supporting and being a part of a team working at a manufacturing facility
- Work well on a team with various job functions
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Quality, Shipping, Production, and Warehouse documentation and administrative duties
- Interact directly with Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing, Customers, Suppliers, and Shipping departments
- Self-motivated, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Manage transactions in ERP system, extract data and generate reports
- Initiate and support improvements to existing processes
- Problem solving and leadership skills
This position is a full-time position and is available immediately. McGean offers competitive pay and benefits package.
