• Answering calls, Staffing, able to schedule employees 
• Know how to work Office Microsoft, computer experience 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
