The Principal Landscape Architect/Designer will direct all aspects of design, construction documentation, project estimating and project coordination. Additionally, this position will be required to interact with clients, project presentations and sales.
Requirements
· - Proficient in Microsoft Office products, AutoCAD
· - Knowledge of residential maintenance methods
· - Familiarity of regional plant material and horticultural practices
· - Ability to respectfully and clearly communicate with clients, co-workers and contractors
· - Highly organized, self-motivated and ability to multi-task
· - A general love and obsession with the profession
Education and Experience
o - Bachelors of Landscape Architecture or similar. (Be prepared to provide portfolio)
o - 5 years of professional experience
