Duties & Responsibilities: general maintenance, HVAC skills, heavy plumbing, painting, general sheetrock repair & texture, troubleshooting of water heaters and appliances.
Qualifications:
EPA certification a plus. Maintenance experience required. HVAC and plumbing experience a plus. Valid drivers license and good driving required. Must be willing to work on Saturdays as needed and must be willing to take after hour calls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
