Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Maintenance. As the Lead Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Train and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related concerns

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
-HVAC Certified

-CPO Certified

High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
