39:23 Management, a locally-owned hotel management company, is adding to its My Place team in Lubbock! We’re currently taking applications for a part-time maintenance guru.
We depend on our maintenance team to ensure everything in our hotel is working correctly, repair any issues as they arise, oversee third-party companies as needed, and keep the hotel grounds clean and welcoming! It’s critical that this person has an eye for detail and proactively addresses items before larger issues develop.
This is a crucial member of our team! We trust them to keep our hotel in excellent shape.
