Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training

- Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability

- Collaborate with the management team to create marketing initiatives and promotions

Experience:

- Previous experience in food handling and restaurant management is required

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, customer service, and inventory control

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
