Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including shift management, food service, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality management.

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and train staff members, including assistant managers and other team members
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Utilize POS system for order processing and cash handling

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve operational goals
