Available Positions:
We are expanding our hardscape and landscape crews and are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team.
Hardscape and Landscape Crew Members: Responsible for various outdoor construction tasks including hardscape installations, plantings, material installations, equipment operation, and general landscape maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with a wide range of skills and specific experience in the landscape industry, including but not limited to:

• General construction knowledge
• Plant identification
• Material installation methods
• Equipment operation
• Ability to read prints
• Knowledge of best practice policies for safety and efficiency
• Problem-solving skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license, chauffeur's license, or CDL
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers and team members
• Ability to work well in a team environment and positively influence crew members
• Full-time availability

Training Provided:
Previous experience in hardscape and landscaping is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
Language Skills:
Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply, as there is potential for additional compensation. Proficiency in multiple languages is a skill we highly value at Snyder’s Landscape Design, Inc., as it allows us to better serve our diverse clientele and enhance the overall customer experience.
