McDal Corporation is Hiring a Field Service Manager Near King of Prussia, PA
Duties and responsibilities:
- Schedule with customer’s service and installation work with employees.
- Supervise the inspection technicians’ and service employees on a daily basis.
- Must be able to use Microsoft products to maintain the job schedule and provide quotes to customers.
- Prepare quotation of time and material to fix the equipment.
- Create quotes, sales orders, invoice, credit memos and digitally collect all backup documentation for each and every job.
- Create Purchase Orders for parts, as necessary, to fix customer’s equipment.
- Reconcile the UPS shipping charges weekly.
- Follows instructions and able to complete assignments timely.
- Be able to work independently or with a group.
- Use logical step-by-step procedures in work.
- Perform a variety of duties which may change often.
- Communicate with fellow employees & customers on status of work being performed,.
- Able to send and receive emails as part of communication process.
- Able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check.
- Must be able to think critically and logically when diagnosing problems and identifying solutions.
- Must be communicate safety requirements that customers may have.
- Must own a cellphone in order to clock in and out of the time and attendance program in order to be paid.
- Must reprimand and write disciplinary notice as needed.
Every day is a unique challenge. Our customer's are our number one priority. We strive to get them up and running as soon as possible. Each day you will be at a different customer site. There are many variations to the equipment that needs to be installed so learning something will be a daily occurrence. Attention to detail is a must. Good customer relations is also key. You must be able to work well as a team member.

Reports are then sent to the end user along with a list of deficiencies and/or Tagged out/Locked out units. McDal has the ability to Load Test any crane or hoist and provides a certificate upon completion.
