We have an opening for a Human Resources Generalist in our Lenoir location. This position will work with both Plants 5 and 6.

This position will be responsible for contributing to the smooth operation of Plants 5 and 6, by performing a varied range of administrative duties for the Human Resources Department and employees.

Qualifications and requirements include the following:

• Must be bi-lingual,
• Excellent computer skills including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
• Attention to detail – proficient in data entry,
• Interface with Human Resources management in reference to policies and procedures,
• Produce required reports, postings, and announcements as needed, in a timely and efficient manner,
• Administer all aspects of Family Medical Leave, Leave of Absences, Disability and Workers’ Compensation, including reporting,
• Assist with onboarding procedures,
• Update employee records as needed,
• Provide support to employees with questions and problems,
• Excellent attendance record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,851.83 - $62,445.21 per year
