POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a strategic partner to functional Senior Leadership team(s), the Senior Director, Global Change Management is responsible for developing and executing global, large-scale, cross-functional transformational change initiatives that support McCormick’s ongoing digital and cultural transformation. The position works closely with Business Leaders, Program Teams, Governance Bodies, PMO’s, HR Directors, HR COE Leaders and external partners to ensure effective delivery against strategic objectives. This position is responsible for leadership and delivery of the full change management lifecycle including stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, sponsor plans, communication, training and reinforcement plans for high priority transformational initiatives. The position is expected to solve complex organization challenges, resulting in immediate improvements to systems, processes and tools designed to meet long-term business needs of growth and performance. It does so through a focus on organizational assessment and design, strategic workforce planning and actioning, enhancing skill sets of employees and driving leadership effectiveness.
This leader will also develop and deploy methods to receive insights to the pulse of change in the organization surrounding projects and/or programs to ensure that the delivered activities engaged, build trust, and effectuate positive outcomes surrounding the change. This leader will ensure that communications associated with the changes are integrated across all applicable channels throughout the organization, incorporating media and methods that best capture the attention of audiences and create receptivity, engagement and trust.
