Key job responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of executing McConnell’s catering and vending events including liaising with customers and event planners, advancing paperwork, and staffing
• Run point on the day-to-day logistics of prepping for, executing, and cleaning up from catering and vending events
• Assist with multi-day, large-scale vending events as needed
• Assist with inventory management of events materials
• Collect and submit payroll hours for events staff
• Assist with events vehicle maintenance and administration as needed

Job Requirements/Nature of the position

• Must be at least 21 years old and show proof of a clean driving record
• Must be able to stand for multiple hours in a row at an event
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Must be able to scoop ice cream for multiple hours in a row at an event
• Must have an active food handler’s card or be willing to obtain one
• Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
