Job Title : Parts Manager

Position Purpose :
Oversees all aspects of the branch Parts Department both internally and field. As the direct point of contact for both internal and external customers, the Parts Manager is responsible for directing and supervising the daily activities of the warehouse and parts counter staff, with the goal of ensuring the highest internal and external customer satisfaction through maintaining profitable and satisfactory inventory levels of parts for the branch.
Essential Job Functions :
This might require travel by parts personnel.
Explore and seek out new business partners.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Responsible for hiring / termination, performance appraisals, corrective action of all assigned parts personnel including, but not limited to : Parts Runner, Parts Specialist, Parts Warehouse Associate and Senior Parts Specialist.

Work Environment :
This position is exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, electrical systems, hazardous materials, fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise levels.
Appropriate PPE gear must be worn as required.
