We currently are seeking front of house manager for one of our high volume restaurants. We are looking for a self-starter with great communication and leadership skills to manage our front of the house operations. We are dedicated to providing our guests with the highest quality food from our kitchens and creating an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities of the FOH manager :

• Manage a front of the house team.
• Oversee that all opening and closing duties are completed correctly and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
• Responsible for daily deposits and correct operation of the POS system
• Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to team members
• Place orders
• Hire and train staff
• Monthly Inventory
• Adjusting Pars to ensure the least amount of food waste and to keep the food costs down.
• Manage labor to ensure that the labor dollars are being used wisely.

Job Requirements of the FOH Manager:

Strong leadership skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Minimum of 2-3 years of full service restaurant preferred

This job will be between 40-45 hours a week and pay will be based on your experience. It includes benefits, all major holidays off, vacation and sick paid time off.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
