JOB TITLE: Tire Program Sales Analyst******EXPERIENCE IN THE TIRE INDUSTRY IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED******JOB TYPE
  • Full Time, onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Reports to Director of Corporate Training · Assists Corporate Trainer in identifying store locations needing best practice support.· File claims and handle disputes with vendors regarding dealer credit variances· Working with teammates to reconcile past due national/government sales reporting.· Network with all billing teammates & managers via Teams, outlook 365, & phone dialogue for troubleshooting & billing tips.REQUIREMENTS· Must have a general knowledge of bookkeeping and account reconciliation.· Must have minimum of 2 years Account Receivable experience.· Must possess excellent excel skills and complete familiarity with Microsoft Suite.· Must be able to work independently and have strong attention to detail.· Must be able to think critically and problem solve without assistance.OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES· Other duties can and will arise, and you should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.
