Summary of Position:
Under the direct supervision of a licensed attorney, Litigation Assistants provide a broad range of support functions including drafting, revising, and filing court pleadings and discovery, assisting with the resolution of contested matters, and keeping the firms clients fully informed of the status of litigated matters.

Work Schedule: The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
