McBean Law, PLLC is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near White Plains, NY

Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintain a heavy volume of incoming / outgoing mail and emails
- Handle vendor management and communication
- Maintain office files and records in both physical and digital formats
- Oversee office management tasks to ensure efficiency
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office coordination or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
- Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication skills for effective vendor and team management
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
